How to Have Receivership Specialists, Your Court Receiver in Orange County, Appointed to Your Matter

Judge Appointed Court Receiver

While there are some situations in which judges recommend the appointment of Receivership Specialists as the Court Receiver to an action. In cases like this, it is the presiding judge who decides to appoint a court receiver over the case. Because of the reputation and experience of Receivership Specialists’ Kevin Singer, he is often appointed as court receiver or court referee.

More often than not, however, judges leave the recommendation of Court Receiver up to the legal counsel.
